Tell us what
needs repair.
Leave your vehicle details and a short message. For current availability or to arrange an inspection, call the shop.
What this form does, and what it does not
It records your vehicle details and your message as an inquiry to the shop, so the conversation starts from something rather than nothing. It does not book an appointment, hold repair space, authorize any work, or price the repair. Nothing on this website can price a repair, because pricing follows an inspection.
If the vehicle cannot be driven, if it is blocking a road, or if you need an answer today, call (657) 296-4032 instead. The phone is the fast route and it always will be. If you have sent a message and not heard anything, call. Do not wait on a form.
What to put in the message
Short is fine. These four things cover most of what gets asked on the call back:
- What happened, and roughly when.
- Whether the vehicle is drivable, and whether any warning lights came on.
- Whether a claim is open, and which insurer, if you know.
- Whether anyone has already written an estimate for this damage.
Do not put a policy number, a claim number, a licence number or payment details in the message. None of it is needed to start, and it does not belong in a web form. See website privacy.
Photographs
You cannot attach photographs here. Mention that you have them and the shop will tell you how to send them. Taking them well first is worth five minutes: the photo checklist walks through the four views that are actually useful.
Then what
An inspection at the shop is what turns a description into a written estimate. If the damage reaches structure, sensors or anything behind a panel, expect the written scope to change once parts come off, which is normal and is explained in hidden damage and supplements.
If a claim is involved, ask your insurer to confirm that where the work is done is your decision, and ask for that in writing. Read working through an insurance claim before agreeing to anything with an adjuster.
